Welcome to Cub Scout Pack 128
Pack 128 is proud to serve families from Elm Grove Elementary, Carpenter Hill Elementary, and surrounding schools in the Buda and Kyle communities. Chartered by St. Elizabeth's Episcopal Church, we are part of the Sacred Springs District of the Capitol Area Council, Scouting America.
Cub Scouting is open to boys and girls entering Kindergarten through 5th grade. Through outdoor adventures, games, service projects, camping, and hands-on activities, Scouts develop confidence, leadership, character, and friendships that last a lifetime.
Whether your child loves exploring nature, building rockets, racing Pinewood Derby cars, or simply making new friends, there's a place for them in Pack 128.

A Schedule Designed for Busy Families
We understand that families have busy calendars, so our program is designed to be manageable while still providing meaningful experiences.
Our Pack typically meets three times each month:
• One Pack Meeting where all families gather for awards, games, guest speakers, and exciting activities.
• Two Den Meetings where Scouts work with children their own age on adventures and earn rank advancement.
Throughout the year we also offer optional family events including:
Camping trips
Hikes
Pinewood Derby
Blue & Gold Banquet
Community service projects
Summer adventures
Rocket launches
Fishing, STEM activities, and much more!
Families are encouraged to participate as much as their schedules allow.

Our goal is to keep Scouting affordable while providing an outstanding program.
Annual Pack Dues: $250
Pack dues help cover many of the expenses throughout the year, including:
Rank awards and adventure loops
Program supplies
Pinewood Derby
Blue & Gold Banquet
Camping equipment
Pack activities and events
Leader resources and training
In addition to Pack dues, each Scout maintains an annual Scouting America membership, which is paid directly to Scouting America and is separate from Pack dues.
Our annual popcorn fundraiser helps many families earn enough to cover part—or even all—of their Scouting expenses.
If finances are ever a concern, please don't hesitate to reach out. Financial assistance is available, and we never want cost to prevent a child from experiencing Scouting.
